BRBA




Buy Recycled Business Alliance of Australia (BRBA)

We were engaged in 1999 to assist in the transfer of administrative responsibility from the temporary structure to a permanent one.

During the recruitment process, the BRBA Board requested the joint venture provide a proposal on how it could manage the operational side of the organisation and provide membership recruitment. The proposal was accepted and the joint venture - led by Nolan-ITU - provided a complete virtual office for the BRBA.  From 2004 heath & associates' engagement was altered to provide primary responsibility for its contracted services ie: it was no longer a joint venture. In 2008, the Board of the BRBA initiated a program to cease operations, given the raison d'etre had expired.

heath & associates was engaged to provide the following services:

  • Full financial services, including book keeping, Board reports and end of year accounts preparation,
  • Membership support,
  • Full Company Secretarial services,
  • Management of all design and production for displays & publications,
  • Web site development, including preparing and editing a monthly Enewsletter.
AIPI



Australian Institute of Professional Investigators (AIPI)

In 2003 the AIPI engaged heath & associates to carry out a review, make recommendations and implement the alterations.

The project included:

  • Reviewing all administrative systems
  • Developing an ecommerce base for membership
  • Database management
  • Budget development and reporting
  • Financial reports and co-ordination
  • Development of access to professional member training and education
  • Redevelop and maintenance of the website, including an Enewsletter.
  • Provide event management for the annual conference, and
  • Ongoing 'Virtual' office facilities.
Following the review heath & associates was engaged to maintain a National Secretariat as a low cost way of providing the membership with a high quality one stop shop for member services.

Deloitte



Deloitte

Deloitte offers clients a broad range of fully integrated services in areas that include accounting, assurance and advisory, tax, management, financial and e-business. 
Following its successful implementation overseas, the Australian Practice of Deloitte Forensic, wanted to determine the marketplace to provided the technology and services platform for a successful local roll out of a new product/service to the Australian market. heath & associates was engaged to investigate the marketplace.

Visy




Visy Recycling

 heath & associates approached the Commercial Sales Division of Visy Recycling, with a proposal to open a new market for their products. With our developing association with the Vietnamese paper mills and their trading houses, we were ideally placed to assist in this expanding market.

The project included:

  • Liaison with the paper mills and trading houses,
  • Negotiating and development of market prices,
  • Market development and evaluation,
  • Scoping other business opportunities.
WMAA



Waste Management Association of Australia

The WMAA engaged
heath & associates to project manage the data collection, implementation and launch of their new website.  The project included:
  • Recommend a quality www design team to provide a comparative quote,
  • Review and edit the existing content,
  • Collate and capture original content and imagery through discussions and meetings with stakeholders
  • Manage the project to 'go live' status
AustDay





Office of Protocol and Special Events - NSW Premier's Office (Australia Day Council of NSW )

The Australia Day Council of NSW engaged
heath & associates to provide operational assistance in preparation for Australia Day (NSW).

The project included:

  • Project Management of contractual arrangements,
  • Negotiating original contracts and alterations with ADC staff, Crown Solicitor's Office and the suppliers,
  • Develop and project manage the relocation of the ADC office
Sydney Masonic Centre




The Sydney Masonic Centre

We were engaged to carry out an operational review of the accounting  and conference reservation systems. The review included the recommendation of and project managing the installation of the new accounting package. In addition we managed the installation of the conference management package. 

Additional projects included: 

  • Review and resolve outstanding debtors
  • Review and rectification of the full year accounts
  • Reviewing energy management systems
  • Research options for computer based training for staff
  • Development of procedures, in stage one, of an e-commerce solution for communication/payment between the Grand Lodge of NSW/ACT and local Lodges
  • Audit the Lodge Annual Financial Statements and report on compliance
  • Managing the Finance Section while a Manager was being engaged

We are currently studying investment opportunities within the Vietnamese hospitality industry. These investments are based on a continuing and long term investment profile. Please contact us if you would like further information.

Malaysia

We have been invited to review the prospects and market capacity for a beverage with the potential for expansion into the Australasian marketplace. The opportunity could be in partnership with an existing Australian organisation or as a stand alone operation.
